As a fully registered UK Limited Company, we will issue a full VAT Invoice along with your order. Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim.

90 DAY WARRANTY
Unless specified in the listing above; all sales come with a Sonic-Phones 90-day warranty.

For the first 28 days after receipt of order, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or money refunded. Bearing in mind many problems are inadvertently created during setup and install, please allow the Manufacturer Helpline the opportunity to solve the problem over the phone. Return of faulty products after more than 28 days
All our products carry a 90 day 'return to base' warranty (Unless otherwise specified in the listing above). Once your product is more than 28 days old (but within the 90 day warranty) we will repair or replace it free of charge, if the exact model is not available then a product of similar features will be issued. Any delivery or return costs will NOT be refunded after 28 days. It is solely at the discretion of Sonic-Phones as to whether a repair, replacement or an alternative is provided.

'No fault - No quibble' returns within 7 days.
If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund. Any delivery or return costs will NOT be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be processed if:
  • The product is confirmed to be faulty by our technicians (Unless you are returning for 'No Faults - No quibble 7 Day return).
  • If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a charge of £9.99 (inc VAT) per product, plus carriage costs will be made to cover technical inspection costs.
  • It is returned complete, together with any accessories and free gifts offered with the product, in the original box and all packaging.
  • No faults caused by accident, neglect, intent, or misuse


  • Please remember to ask for a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office or your chosen courier when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
