Product Categories: Ex-Display: This category illustrates products that have been on display at high street stores or that have been returned to high street shops or online shops under ‘no quibble’ 7, 14, 16, 28, or 30 day return policies. In many cases these products have never been used or even taken out of original packaging. This category also included products that are new but due to the box being damaged they can not be sold as new, or have failed a quality control due to very minor cosmetic imperfections. For your piece of mind and ours, we at Sonic Phones will test each product by our in-house trained technicians to make sure all is in working order. The products are then packaged back in their original boxes or re-boxed in a secure white box. Factory Refurbished: These products have been returned to the manufacturer and after stringent testing and diagnostics there have been either “no fault found” or an accessory has been replaced i.e. faulty power supply, batteries etc. Many of these products are in their original boxes, or have been re-boxed in secure white boxes. All accessories including the user guide will be included. Much of the product is in excellent condition but some may have minor marks or slight scratching from the handling it receives, due to this the product will be heavily discounted so you get a great product at a superb price.
